Essential

· Highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple activities at once in a fast-paced environment.

· Diligent with strong attention to detail.

· The ability to analyse data.

· Strong verbal and written communications skills with excellent numeracy.

· Task orientated approach with the desire and ability to get things done.

· Strong knowledge of MS Office.

· Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

· I’m efficient, staying on top of multiple tasks and activities, meeting deadlines and delivering outputs.

· I’m getting things done on multiple client onboardings and other small projects, making sure that activity proceeds as expected.

· I’m managing small projects from end to end, working with teams and clients to ensure success.

· I’m helping to obtain information from Project Managers or other activity owners and collating this into well-presented reports.

· I’m analysing data and providing valuable insights on activity to allow better management decisions.

· I’m communicating clearly and unambiguously with colleagues and clients.

· I’m providing clear, logical reports on project activity and causing no surprises.

· I’m helping my Team whenever they need it.

· I’m helping to develop how our Team works, suggesting improvements and better ways of working.
